Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any services from Plant Eat Good ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
## 1\. About Our Services
Plant Eat Good provides online nutrition coaching services delivered entirely in digital format. Our services may include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions, group programs, digital meal plans, and nutritional guidance resources.
We do not provide medical advice. Our services are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
## 2\. Eligibility
By purchasing our services, you confirm that you:
Are at least *18 years of age**
* Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
* Are purchasing for personal use only (not for resale)
* Have provided accurate and truthful information during registration and checkout
## 3\. Purchase \& Payment Terms
All prices are listed in *US Dollars** and are subject to change without notice.
* Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless you are enrolled in a payment plan.
* We use a secure third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you agree to that processor's terms of service.
* For subscription or installment-based programs, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed recurring schedule until cancelled.
* Failed payments may result in suspension of service access.
## 4\. Digital Service Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased program as described at the time of sale.
Access is *personal and non-transferable** - you may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials or program access to any other person.
* Unauthorized sharing or duplication of program materials is a violation of these Terms and our intellectual property rights.
* We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.
## 5\. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Engage with the program honestly and in good faith
* Provide accurate health and wellness information to the best of your ability
* Treat coaches and other program participants with respect
* Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
* Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content without our written permission
You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Our coaches provide guidance, not medical prescriptions.
## 6\. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services - including coaching materials, meal plans, guides, videos, and resources - is the exclusive intellectual property of Plant Eat Good. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own wellness journey only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
## 7\. Disclaimers \& Limitation of Liability
Results vary. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from our coaching programs. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, effort, consistency, and other personal factors.
No medical advice. Our coaches are not licensed physicians. Nothing in our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant Eat Good shall not be liable for:
* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
* Any health outcomes, weight changes, or medical events
* Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control
* Loss of data or unauthorized access resulting from factors outside our control
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service at issue.
## 8\. Cancellation \& Termination
By you: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us at jeff@planteatgood.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services - without refund - if you:
* Violate any part of these Terms
* Engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward coaches or other clients
* Provide false information that materially affects your program or safety
* Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our program content
## 9\. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, our pricing, or our service offerings at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
## 10\. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
## 11\. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plant Eat Good regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
