We put real care into every coaching program we offer and are committed to providing you with high-quality, personalized nutrition support. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

## All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital services, all coaching package purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted or the program has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

* One-on-one nutrition coaching packages

* Group coaching programs

* Digital meal plans and guides

* Downloadable resources or workbooks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

## Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under such laws, please contact us at jeff@planteatgood.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we will review your request in good faith.

## Results Disclaimer

Nutrition coaching results vary from person to person. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including, but not limited to, personal health history, adherence to the program, lifestyle habits, and individual physiology. Plant Eat Good does not guarantee specific results. We are committed to supporting your journey, but we cannot promise outcomes identical to those achieved by other clients.

## Cancellation of Ongoing Programs

If you are enrolled in a recurring or subscription-based coaching program, you may cancel future billing at any time by contacting us at jeff@planteatgood.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
